Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Ashghal Al Moysra Company has officially entered into a contract with the Saudi Education and Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC) to provide comprehensive logistics, dismantling, and installation services.
The agreement is valued at SAR 3.16 million including Value Added Tax (VAT), according to a bourse filing.
The project represents a significant multi-year commitment that will see the company manage the relocation and setup of the Commission’s physical assets and furniture across its various centers throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The formalization of this contract follows the initial project award, which was announced on 22 April 2026, while the official signing of the project documents took place on 14 May.
The contract further solidifies the partnership between the Tadawul-listed logistics and services provider and the government commission. Under the specific terms of the agreement, Al Ashghal Al Moysra is tasked with a wide-ranging operational scope that includes the professional dismantling, protective packaging, secure transportation, and precise re-installation of furniture and specialized materials.
This logistical operation is designed to support the Education and Training Evaluation Commission and its network of affiliated centers nationwide. By providing these specialized services, Al Ashghal Al Moysra ensures the operational continuity of the Commission’s administrative and educational evaluation functions as it manages its physical infrastructure and regional presence.
The scope of work requires a high degree of coordination to ensure that materials are handled safely and reassembled according to the Commission’s requirements across different geographic locations in Saudi Arabia.
The project is scheduled to be executed over a period of 36 months. This three-year timeline reflects the scale of the Commission’s logistical requirements and the ongoing nature of the support needed to maintain its facilities.
From a financial perspective, Al Ashghal Al Moysra has confirmed that the revenue generated from this contract will have a positive impact on its financial performance over several fiscal years. The company management anticipates that the financial results of this project will be reflected in the company’s statements for the years 2026, 2027, and 2028.
In its regulatory filing with the Saudi Exchange, Al Ashghal Al Moysra emphasized that the contract was entered into without the involvement of any related parties, ensuring full compliance with corporate governance standards and transparency in public procurement processes.
Meanwhile, the contract value of approximately SAR 3.16 million serves as a notable addition to the company’s project backlog and reinforces its reputation as a reliable provider of facility support and logistical services to major Saudi governmental institutions.
As the company prepares to commence operations under this agreement, the focus remains on delivering high-quality logistical solutions that meet the stringent requirements of the Education and Training Evaluation Commission.
This partnership underscores the growing role of private sector firms in supporting the operational efficiency of public sector entities within the framework of Saudi Arabia’s broader economic development goals. The multi-year nature of the contract provides Al Ashghal Al Moysra with a stable revenue stream and an opportunity to further demonstrate its expertise in large-scale asset management and relocation services within the Kingdom’s professional services sector.
