Riyadh - Mubasher: Al Ashghal Al Moysra Company has commenced electronic voting on the agenda items of its Ordinary General Meeting (OGM), scheduled for 28 June 2026.
The move allows eligible shareholders to cast their votes remotely ahead of the meeting, according to a bourse filing.
The e-voting is available through the Tadawulaty platform starting from 1:00 a.m. on 24 June 2026 and will remain open until the conclusion of the OGM.
The Saudi company noted that registration and voting through Tadawulaty services are available free of charge to all shareholders registered on the platform.
Earlier in June 2026, Al Ashghal Al Moysra signed a contract with the Saudi Education and Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC) to deliver integrated logistics services, including dismantling, transportation, and installation works.
