Mubasher: Kuwait Real Estate Holding (Al-Aqaria) posted a drop of 61.14% in profits to about KWD 51,780 ($171,700) during the fourth quarter of 2016 from nearly KWD 133,260 ($436,700) in the same period of 2015.
During fiscal year 2016, earnings shrank to about KWD 77,140 from approximately KWD 171,700 in the previous fiscal year, according to a bourse statement issued on Thursday.
The board members recommended zero dividends for FY16.
At the stock level, Al-Aqaria closed Thursday’s session at 39.5 fils, after about 195,010 shares were executed at a value of around KWD 7,500.
