Cairo – Mubasher: Akam Developments has launched the third phase of Scenario project at the New Administrative Capital.
The EGP 5 billion residential project is spanning over an area of 39 acres, the real estate company’s chairman told reporters.
The real estate developer plans to inject EGP 300 million in the project during 2019, Essam Mansour added.
Akam was established by four entities; namely, Benayat For Real Estate Investment, Residence Development, Al Muhaid Group, and Faisal Real Estate Investment.
