Mubasher: The board of Ajwan Gulf Real Estate approved acquiring two companies for a total of KWD 1.2 million.
The real estate firm will acquire International Expertise Catering Co and a 70% stake in Emaar Food Group Co., according to a bourse filing issued on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the board decided not to acquire Sweets and Restaurants Zalatimo.
The financial impact of these takeover deals will be realised in the fiscal year ending 31 December 2017.
