Dubai – Mubasher: Ajman Bank on Thursday announced the extension of the subscription period of its capital increase by another four working days.
As per the new extension, the bank’s capital hike will now end on Tuesday, 13 November 2018, it said in a filing to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), adding that the allotment date has now been set to Sunday, 18 November.
Refunds will be carried out no later than Wednesday, 21 November, the bank added.
Ajman Bank’s capital top-up subscription period was originally set to conclude on Wednesday, 31 October but was extended by another week to Wednesday, 7 November.
Ajman Bank recently reported a 27% year-on-year increase in profits to AED 119.8 million for the first nine months of 2018.
