Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The shareholders of Agthia Group have approved the board’s recommendation to distribute cash dividends worth AED 65.31 million for the first half (H1) of 2022.
The UAE-based company will disburse AED 0.0825 per share for H1-22, according to a bourse filing.
Meanwhile, the last entitlement and ex-dividend dates will be on 22 and 23 September, respectively.
It is worth noting that the shareholders greenlighted the cash dividends distribution during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that was held on 15 September 2022.
In the first six months (6M) of 2022, the net profits attributable to the owners of Agthia enlarged by 74% to AED 118.10 million, versus AED 67.92 million during the same period a year earlier.
Furthermore, the company’s revenues reached AED 1.99 billion in the January-June 2022 period, higher by 51% than AED 1.31 billion in the year-ago period.
