Riyadh — Mubasher: Academy of Learning Company has obtained Sharia-compliant credit facilities totaling SAR 24 million from Alinma Bank, according to a bourse disclosure.
The financing agreement was finalized on 21 October 2026, carrying a duration of five years.
Academy of Learning stated that the primary objective of obtaining these facilities is to support its expansion strategy and drive revenue growth in the coming period.
The credit line is intended to align with the long-term future plans and strategic goals of the institution.
To secure the financing, Academy of Learning provided a promissory note to the bank.
Additionally, the facility is backed by a joint liability guarantee provided by the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Furthermore, the company confirmed that there are no related parties involved in this transaction.
