Riyadh — Mubasher: Academy of Learning Company signed a training support agreement valued at SAR 405.14 million with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), commonly known as Hadaf, according to a bourse disclosure.
The collaboration aims to implement specialized training and qualification programs ending in employment.
The contract was finalized on 1 July 2026 and carries a total duration of one year.
Academy of Learning expects the agreement to have a positive financial impact on its earnings starting from the first half (H1) of the 2026-2027 fiscal year, which began on 1 July 2026.
The listed entity further clarified that although the contract was signed at the beginning of July, the signed electronic copy was not received until 7 July 2026, leading to the current disclosure.
According to the company, this agreement is part of its broader growth and expansion strategy aimed at strengthening operational performance and creating sustainable shareholder value.
The disclosure confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction. Meanwhile, the partnership with Hadaf focuses on enhancing the readiness of the local workforce through structured vocational training and placement initiatives.
It is worth noting that in June 2026, Academy of Learning appointed its board of directors members in addition to forming specialized subcommittees and the Audit Committee, which all will conclude in 2030.
