Mubasher: Abyaar Real Estate Development announced that Wednesday, 29 July 2020, will be the last trading day on Boursa Kuwait.
The decision has no material impact on the company’s financial position, according to a bourse statement on Sunday.
It is worthy to note that on 29 January, the board of commissioners of the Kuwaiti Capital Markets Authority (CMA) approved Abyaar’s optional delisting request from the bourse.
