Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The shareholders of Abu Dhabi National Hotels approved the board’s proposal to pay AED 240 million as cash dividends for 2023.
The company will disburse 20% cash dividends, equivalent to AED 0.02 per share, according to a bourse statement.
Furthermore, the ADX-listed firm will distribute 5% bonus shares, representing 600 million shares for AED 60 million of its share capital.
It is worth highlighting that the shareholders greenlighted the cash dividends and bonus shares during the general assembly meeting that was held on 28 February.
In the 12-month period that ended on 31 December 2023, Abu Dhabi National Hotels recorded higher net profits attributable to the owners at AED 422.42 million, versus AED 415.40 million in 2022.
