Mubasher: Aayan Real Estate has sold 11.8% of its ownership in Yall Mall JV’s complex and tower to a subsidiary for a value of KWD 6.64 million.
The financial impact will be an increase in the cash liquidity of Aayan, according to a bourse statement issued on Monday.
