Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Aabar Properties is expected to deliver the Lamar project by the end of this year, Al-Ittihad newspaper quoted CEO Saeed Al Muhairbi as saying.
The company completed 95% of the 23,000-square metre project, which comprises four towers, Al Muhairbi added.
Aabar is considering the development of Al Raha Beach's Al Seef precinct in the coming period, he noted, adding that the company owns five land plots in Al Raha Beach.
The company has real estate developments and lands worth AED 10 billion, Al Muhairbi said
Aabar completed 50% of a hotel in Business Bay, with plans to be delivered by 2020, Al Muhairbi noted.
