Mubasher: Ahli United Bank - Bahrain (AUB Bahrain), listed on Boursa Kuwait and Bahrain Bourse (BHB), and its subsidiary Ahli United Bank - Kuwait (AUB Kuwait) have received an offer from Hamad Saleh Al Thekhair for a potential sale of their combined shareholding in Kuwait and Middle East Financial Investment Company (KMEFIC).
Both AUB Bahrain and AUB Kuwait’s combined equity in KMEFIC represents 74.3% of the issued shares, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.
Noteworthy, AUB Bahrain owns 67.33% stake in AUB Kuwait.
