Cairo – Mubasher: The stock of Arab Real Estate Investment Company – (ALICO) is signaled by Mubasher Trade Research moving in a strong upward trajectory in the current period, where the price maintains the upward trend line and trades above the moving average, which reinforces the strength of the current upward trend.
Meanwhile, the stock has been moving within a sideways range without breaking through main levels. Mubasher Trade Research noted that it opened today's session, 30 December 2025, with a noticeable rise while testing the historical peak at EGP 2.80.
If the price succeeds in surpassing the historical peak and stabilizing above it, the new historical target will be at EGP 2.88. Moreover, reaching the next targets at EGP 3.10 and then EGP 3.33 remains conditional to successfully surpassing each level and stabilizing above it.
Mubasher Trade Research highlighted that trading must be maintained above the secondary support level at EGP 2.45 to preserve the positive outlook and target new historical levels.
In the case of remaining below the support level, the stock will stay within the sideways range, with the nearest support level at EGP 2.30.
