Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) ended the mid-week’s session on a slight rise on the back of real estate and banking stocks.
By the end of Tuesday’s session, the ADX edged up 0.01% to 4956.02 points.
Turnover amounted to AED 179.12 million after 20.87 million shares changed hands through 1,191 transactions.
The real estate sector added 1.12% after Aldar Properties increased 1.32%, while banks gained 0.1% after Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) rose 2.63% and the insurance sector added 0.22%, backed by Methaq’s 11.54% surge.
On the other hand, the energy sector lost 1.2% after Dana Gas shed 0.5%.
