Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) closed Sunday’s trading session in the red territory.
The ADX’s general index slid 0.44% to 5,073.86 points.
Trading volume reached 40.378 million shares after it was exchanged through 716 transactions at a turnover of AED 85.720 million.
Market capitalisation shed AED 1.78 billion and closed the session at AED 520.031 billion.
Waha Capital’s stock led the losers after falling by 2.88% to AED 1.01, while Wahat al Zaweya’s stock headed the gainers after it jumped 14.96% to AED 2.69.
Wahat al Zaweya was the most heavily traded stock with a turnover of AED 19.374 million exchanged through 7.202 million shares.
Most of the blue-chip stocks went down, including Aldar Properties, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), and First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) that fell by 1.34%, 0.40%, and 0.66%, respectively.
On the other hand, Dana Gas’ stock was the sole riser after adding 0.31%.
