ADNOC L&S records 9% higher profits in 9M-25

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: ADNOC Logistics & Services (ADNOC L&S) delivered net profits after tax amounting to $630.93 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2025, up 9% from $576.35 million in 9M-24.

The group’s revenues widened by 39% to $3.70 billion in 9M-25 from $2.66 billion in 9M-24, according to the financial statements.

Meanwhile, the basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) hit $0.08 as of 30 September 2025.

Financials for Q3-25

In the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, the company’s net profits jumped to $210.54 million from $174.96 million in Q3-24. The EPS went up to $0.03 from $0.02.

ADNOC L&S posted revenues totaling $1.26 billion in Q3-25, higher by 36% YoY than $928.39 million.

Quarterly, the Q3-25 net profits declined by 11% from $235.84 million in Q2-25, while the revenues grew by 1% from $1.25 billion.
