Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: ADNOC Drilling Company’s general assembly meeting has approved the distribution of AED 1.31 billion, or 8.22 fils per share, in cash dividends, for the second half (H2) of 2023.
The dividends are set to be paid no later than 12 April 2024, according to a bourse filing.
The last entitlement date is 21 March and the eligibility is for holders of the share until 25 March.
The recently approved dividends bring the company’s total dividends for 2023 to AED 2.63 billion, or 16.448 fils per share.
It is worth noting that ADNOC Drilling reported net profits of $1.03 billion in 2023, an annual surge of 29% from $801.80 million.
