Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) has expanded its retail footprint in Dubai after opening a new next-generation universal branch at Dubai Hills Mall.
This expansion brings the lender's UAE branch network to 62 branches, including 25 located in major mall destinations, according to a press release.
Located within one of Dubai’s fastest-growing residential and lifestyle communities, the branch is designed to offer a hybrid banking experience. It integrates self-service technologies with personalized advisory support.
ADIB highlighted that the expansion reflects its retail transformation strategy, focused on next-generation branch formats aligned with evolving customer behaviour and demand for seamless digital-physical banking integration.
In line with ADIB’s broader strategy to strengthen its branch network and enhance accessibility across the UAE, the new service caters to retail and business customers, including dedicated services for high-value clients and businesses.
The opening also backed the lender's continued investment in its physical and digital network, reinforcing its position as a customer-centric Islamic bank aligned with Vision 2035.
Last April, ADIB mobilized AED 20.30 billion in sustainable finance during 2025, reinforcing its commitment to scale up to AED 60 billion by 2030.
