Dubai – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Financial Group (ADFG) has transferred 106 million shares in Islamic Arab Insurance Co (Salama) from its DFM investor number (NIN) to its account with Ajman Bank.
The transaction was implemented under a murabaha loan on Monday, according to a statement to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
After completing the deal, ADFG’s stake in Salama remained unchanged at 20%.
