Mubasher: ACWA Power Barka said its board approved on 13 December the distribution of 25% cash dividend amounting to OMR 4 million, based on the retained earnings as per audited financial statements as at 31 October 2016.
The record date for dividend payout is 25 December 2016, according to a bourse statement.
The board also reviewed the audited financials for the ten-month period from 1 January to 31 October 2016, with revenues of OMR 55.575 million as compared to OMR 40.696 million for the same period in 2015.
Net profits reached OMR 8.833 million in the ten-month period of 2016, compared to OMR 9.019 Million in the prior-year period.
