ACWA Power’s revenues hike to SAR 5.3bn in 9M-25

Riyadh – Mubasher: ACWA Power Company generated net profits valued at SAR 1.28 billion in the first nine months (9M) of 2025, up 2.01% from SAR 1.25 billion in 9M-24.

Revenues increased by 17.81% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 5.37 billion in 9M-25 from SAR 4.56 billion, according to the financial statements.

The earnings per share (EPS) stood at SAR 1.71 as of 30 September 2025.

Results for Q3-25

During the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, the Saudi company achieved SAR 371.16 million in net profit, an annual rise of 13.12% from SAR 328.09 million.

Meanwhile, the revenues declined by 5.03% to SAR 1.65 billion in Q3-25 from SAR 1.74 billion in the July-September 2024 period.

Quarter-on-quarter, the Q3-25 net profits shrank by 22.96% when compared with SAR 481.82 million in Q2-25, whereas the revenues fell by 5.03% from SAR 2.24 billion.

Marco Arcelli, CEO of ACWA Power, commented: "I am thrilled to report that we have also signed the financing documents with our lenders to finance the 12 GW of solar PV plants just a few days ago. In the meantime, we successfully completed three financial closes during the quarter, including for the two CCGT plants in Saudi Arabia—Rumah 1 IPP and Al-Nairiyah 1 IPP—at total aggregate investment cost of $4.10 billion."
