Riyadh - Mubasher: The board of the International Company for Water and Power Projects (ACWA Power) has appointed Mohammed Abdullah Abunayyan as the company's new Chairman.
The board also named Suntharesan Padmanathan as Vice Chairman, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
It is worth noting that in the first nine months (9M) of 2021, ACWA Power recorded SAR 434 million worth of net profits, down from SAR 922.86 million in the year-ago period.
