Riyadh — Mubasher: Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG) has received notification on 26 August 2026 for the renewal of its operating license from the Insurance Authority, according to a bourse filing.
The regulatory approval allows ACIG to continue practicing its insurance activities across both the general insurance and health insurance branches.
The company noted that the renewed license is valid for a duration of one year.
According to the disclosure, the new term is scheduled to commence on 27 November 2026 and will remain in effect until its expiration on 26 November 2027.
The receipt of this renewal ensures the continuity of the company's core business segments in compliance with national regulatory requirements for the Saudi insurance sector.
