Riyadh - Mubasher: Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Company (2P Perfect Presentation) has extended its Shariah-compliant facility with Banque Saudi Fransi at SAR 289.19 million.
The facility is valid until 6 January 2027 and is secured by promissory notes covering the full facility limit, according to a bourse filing.
The short-term financing will support 2P Perfect Presentation’s newly awarded projects, including the issuance of letters of guarantee, letters of credit, and invoice financing.
Moreover, the loan also includes a long-term sub-limit of SAR 83 million to finance a new building that was announced on 4 December 2025.
Last December, 2P Perfect Presentation renewed a Shariah-compliant bank facility agreement worth SAR 135 million with Gulf International Bank (GIB).
