Riyadh — Mubasher: Prefect presentation for commercial services (2P Perfect Presentation) has signed a Sharia-compliant credit facility agreement with the Saudi Arabian branch of Emirates NBD, according to a bourse disclosure.
The financing package is valued at SAR 110 million and was finalized on 1 November 2026.
2P Perfect Presentation stated that the primary objective of the facility is to finance new project contracts, as well as to facilitate issuing the letters of credit and guarantees.
The credit facility is secured by a promissory note covering the total value of the financing.
According to the regulatory filing, the financing period extends until 1 November 2027.
2P Perfect Presentation confirmed that there are no related parties involved in this transaction.
