Mubasher: The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) of Kuwait approved the completion of a transaction worth about KWD 616,700 ($2 million) for Sharjah Cement and Industrial Development Co, which is listed on both Boursa Kuwait and Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
The deal includes an overall volume of 7.52 million shares at 82 fils per share, according to a bourse filing issued on Wednesday.
