Mubasher: The court of appeal has ordered Zain Group to settle its lawsuit with the undersecretary of the finance ministry over the National Labour Support Tax for the year 2008, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.
Zain clarified that this will not impact the company financially as financial provisions had previously been created.
