Mubasher: Kuwait Gypsum Manufacturing and Trading said that its board members approved on 13 February the recommendation of withdrawing from Boursa Kuwait, according to a bourse filing issued on Tuesday.
The company has delisted from the stock market because it will not be able to raise the capital to KWD 10 million as well as increasing the shareholders to 200.
