Cairo – Mubasher: Arab Moltaqa Investments plans to float a 10-15% stake of Al Tawfeek for Financial Lease on Cairo bourse after updating the fair value study in 2016, a bourse statement revealed on Sunday.
The company is forecast to collect EGP 33.5 million in 2017 through their owned shares in other companies, the statement added.
Arab Moltaqa reported a decline of 17% in net profits for the third quarter of 2016 after earning EGP 7.65 million compared with EGP 9.21 million for the year-ago period.
