Mubasher: The MSM 30 index of the Muscat Securities Market rose at Sunday’s open by 0.06% or 3.24 points to the level of 5,737.39 points.
Trading volume reached 5.99 million shares exchanged at OMR 1.12 million through 239 transactions.
By 11:00am Muscat time, the industrial sector grew 0.18% as Oman Fisheries, up 4.4%, topped gainers, while Galfar Engineering, 4.9%, was the worst performing stock.
The financial sector advanced 0.17% due to an increase of 1.82% in Al Madina Investment and 1.37% in Oman and Emirates Investment. The services sector leapt 0.14%.
