Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler of Abu Dhabi and the UAE President, issued a decree to form the board of Mubadala Investment Company, WAM news agency reported.
The board will be under the chairmanship of Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, will be the vice chairman. Sheikh Khalifa has issued on Saturday a law to establish Mubadala as a public joint stock company.
