Riyadh – Mubasher: Abdulmohsen Al Hokair Group said its board approved on 19 January to distribute 6.5% dividends or SAR 0.65 per share for the second half of 2016.
Total approved dividends amounted to SAR 35.75 million, according to a bourse statement.
Shareholders of record by the end of the trading session on 2 February 2017 will be entitled to receive dividends.
The company generated profits of SAR 20.2 million in Q4-16, down 36.68% from SAR 31.9 million in Q4-15compared to SAR 31.9 million in Q4-15. In 2016, profits slid 22.23% year-on-year to SAR 147.6 million.
