Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai-based developer Deyaar and Dubai South signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the construction of a multi-purpose development, according to a statement.
The 27 million square feet project will be owned 50% by Dubai South and 50% by Deyaar.
The statement did not reveal any further details regarding the project’s value.
