Mubasher: The leading Dubai-based real estate developer, Dubai Properties (DP), concluded 2016 with a successful handover over 3000 units, supporting one of the city’s leading handover tallies since 2012, said the company in a press release on Thursday.
“2016 witnessed Dubai Properties continuing to pave the way in supporting Dubai’s path towards 2020 with a successful pipeline of timely handovers, coupled with a robust leasehold portfolio supporting thriving occupancy rates across housing and retail”, the PR revealed.
In 2017, DP will continue to serve the city’s social diversification needs for further expansion in its real estate portfolio.
