Kuwait – Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait ended Thursday’s trading session with mixed performance.
The price index levelled up by 1.32% or 83.98 points to close at 6,435.75 points, the weighted index rose by 0.09%, while Kuwait-15 retreated by 0.49%.
The oil and gas segment topped 10 gainers with 3.25% on the back of six shares led by PetroGulf which rose by 8.9%.
Meanwhile, the technology and basic materials sectors retreated by 1.06% and 1.05% respectively.
The market’s trading value amounted to KWD 62.98 million after 821.52 million shares were exchanged.
Abyaar was the most active stock on which 87.22 million shares were traded.
Zain recorded the highest trading value that stood at KWD 3.86 million.
