Egypt's property chamber to discuss two construction laws soon

Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt's real estate development chamber at the Federation of Industries will review two laws on unified buildings and property wealth maintenance with the House of Representatives over the coming period, said the unit head Tarek Shoukry on Saturday.

The maintenance law will set legal mechanisms for repairing buildings in order to preserve the country's properties, the head added in a press conference today 

On the background of free flotation, the head expected real estate prices to increase to 20-30% during 2017 according to the increase in building material quotes.
