Cairo – Mubasher: The Stella Di Mare II project is valued at around EGP 3 billion, according to a statement by Remco for Touristic Villages Construction.
To be launched this year, the new project is likely to achieve sales worth EGP 5 billion over the next three years.
The project will be funded through the company’s cash flows, the statement said, adding that the Armed Forces owns the project’s land plot, representing 40% of the units to be built.
