Cairo – Mubasher: The stock of Egyptians for Housing and Development Company has continued its positive movement in 2025, achieving strong gains, according to Mubasher Trade Research.
The stock price maintained an upward trend line but experienced a strong correction, as more than 61% of the previous upward wave has by far been corrected. The Relative Strength Index (RSI), meanwhile, shows a decline below the neutral level, indicating weakness of the current buying momentum compared to the previous period.
Mubasher Trade Research noted that the price is currently testing an important level at EGP 2.28 – EGP 2.26, which represents an important buying zone, below which stability is likely to extend the downward movement to the EGP 2.22 – EGP 2.19 area.
Moreover, the most important levels to watch are EGP 2.22 and EGP 2.19, which can represent an important monitoring point, as it may witness a decrease in the pace of selling pressures or the emergence of buying interest targeting EGP 2.30, followed by EGP 2.35 and EGP 2.42 in respective order.
Mubasher Trade Research noted that the main support level at EGP 2.12 must be maintained to avoid further declines and to preserve the upward structure.
Price Movement Summary
Egyptians for Housing stock started 2025 at a relative rise with high trading volumes in January, followed by entering a sideways trend line from February until September.
Then, the price succeeded in rising and breaking out of the sideways range during the period from October to December 2025.
