Cairo - Mubasher: Cleopatra Hospitals Group has officially opened Cleopatra El Tagamoa (Sky) hospital in East Cairo, with total investments of EGP 3.50 billion, according to a press release.
The hospital is set to expand high-quality healthcare services under a public-private partnership (PPP) with the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources.
The facility will operate around 240 beds at full scale, with phased operations already underway and full capacity expected within its first year.
Ahmed Ezz El-Din, CEO of Cleopatra Hospitals, said: “The opening of Cleopatra El Tagamoa (Sky) hospital marks a pivotal strategic milestone for our network. It not only reinforces our geographic and service-line expansion but also strengthens our capacity to deliver world-class care that responds to both domestic and regional demand.”
“This investment further demonstrates our commitment to sustainable, demand-driven growth and value creation for our shareholders,” the CEO added.
The group will manage all operations and boost the Sky hospital's performance in its financial statements, driving earnings growth as the facility ramps up.
With ongoing capacity expansion and a growing pipeline of high-value services, the EGX-listed company aims to enhance profitability and expand access to both domestic and cross-border healthcare.
In 2023, Cleopatra Hospitals unveiled EGP 3 billion investment plans to complete the development of its medical centres, including Sky Hospital, Haven Hospital, and other projects.
