Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Yanbu Cement Company has announced a cash dividend distribution, equivalent to 7.5% of the capital, for the first half (H1) of 2022.
The cash dividend payout stands at SAR 0.75 per share, aggregating at a total value of SAR 118.12 million, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The company has set the eligibility date on Sunday, 12 June, and the distribution date on 30 June.
It is noteworthy to mention that in the first quarter (Q1) of 2022, Yanbu logged net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 38.93 million, down 46.95% from SAR 73.39 million in Q1-21.
