Cairo – Mubasher: Upper Egypt Mills Company has sold its previous headquarters in Sohag governorate for EGP 12.10 million.
The 660.73-squarer metre headquarters has been sold during an auction session held on 6 September 2022, according to a stock exchange statement on Wednesday.
During fiscal year (FY) 2022/2023, the EGX-listed firm plans to generate EGP 896.17 million in revenue and EGP 85 million in surplus.
Additionally, it intends to allocate EGP 90 million in FY22/23 to carry out investment projects.
