United Arab Stevedoring’s losses down 4% in H1-20/21

Cairo – Mubasher: The financial indicators of United Arab Stevedoring showed a 4% annual decrease in losses during the first half (H1) of the fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021.

The EGX-listed firm recorded net losses of EGP 15.03 million during the July-December period in 2020, compared with EGP 15.67 million in the same period a year earlier, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

Revenue rose to EGP 6.05 million during the six-month period ended in December 2020 from EGP 5.61 million in the prior-year period.

During the first quarter (Q1) of FY20/21, the company suffered EGP 6.58 million worth of losses, down from EGP 7.099 million in Q1-20/21.
