Dubai – Mubasher: Unikai Foods said its board recommended on Saturday, 18 February, the distribution of 10% cash dividends, equivalent to AED 3.025 million or 10 fils per share, for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.
The board proposed 7% bonus shares on a 7-for-100 basis for FY16, amounting to 2.11 million shares.
The company’s capital amounts to AED 30.25 million, distributed on 30.25 million shares at AED 1 per share.
