Cairo – Mubasher: Union National Bank – Egypt (UNBE) announced that its chairman, Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, has resigned from the board of directors.
In addition, Mohammad Nasr Abdeen has also resigned as the bank’s vice chairman, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Thursday.
From January to March, UNBE’s net profit amounted to EGP 109.73 million, compared to EGP 60.04 million in the year-ago period.
