Cairo – Mubasher: Trans Oceans Tours signed a preliminary agreement worth EGP 145,000 with a university to lease a building located at El Rehab City.
Meanwhile, the firm stated it received ownership of two buildings as a part of its furnished suits project, which it prepares to launch by the first quarter of 2016.
Trans Oceans reported net profits of EGP 78,800 for the first quarter of 2015, a decline of 67% from EGP 238,600 for the same period of 2014.
