Mubasher: Tamdeen Investment on Sunday said it is on the verge of evenly transferring its 47.81% holding in British Industries for Printing and Packaging Company to two of its affiliated firms.
Tamdeen’s subsidiaries are Wafra Holding and Tamdeen of privileges Holding, the company said in a statement to Boursa Kuwait.
The transaction will be finalised after meeting all official requirements, the statement added.
Tamdeen noted that the transaction will not have either a positive or negative financial impact on its financial position.
In November 2016, Tamdeen sold a 10% stake in British Industries for KWD 800,000.
By the end of Thursday’s session, Tamdeen Investment’s stock rose 4.59% at 319 fils.
