Mubasher: Tamdeen Investment has established a new company with a capital base of KWD 1 million, Al Seyassah Newspaper reported.
With an issued capital of KWD 500,000, the new company has total shares of 10 million at a par value of 100 fils each.
The new company, Spirit Art, is in the field of arts inside and outside Kuwait.
