Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Sahara International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) gave the green light for distributing a cash dividend of SAR 0.75 per share or 7.5% of the share’s nominal value for the first half (H1) of 2021.
The company will pay a total of SAR 549.99 million to the entitled shareholders of record date on 30 June, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
Sipchem noted that the number of shares eligible for distribution totals 733.33 million.
The firm has set the distribution date as 14 July 2021.
It is worth noting that during 2020, the petrochemical company posted an annual decline of 41.3% in net profits to SAR 175.9 million.
